VOC DESTRUCTION EFFICIENCY

The proposed Thermal Oxidizer is capable of converting 99% of the VOC’s to H2O and CO2. The destruction efficiency is a function of temperature, time at temperature, turbulence and the combustion characteristics of the waste stream. Air Clear Thermal Oxidizer Systems consistently test well above the guaranteed performance.

Problem:

It was determined that placing a dedicated control device in a remote area would be costly and require excessive monitoring and maintenance. Pollution control systems in remote or harsh environments seemed risky as all production was dependent on the reliable operation of the control device.
